we ask for at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation, otherwise there will be a 50% service charge before a reschedule is permitted.

we do not tolerate no-shows. failure to inform us of the inability to make it to an appointment will lead to a 100% service charge. 

we do not offer refunds. anyone who experiences any issues must contact us within the first 48 hours following the service to receive a guaranteed complimentary fix.

we have the right to refuse a client due to any disrespect or discomfort towards our staff. we show love and appreciation for all of our lux family and expect the same in return.
